The days are getting longer again, and the sun is shining at full strength. We fire up the grill, listen to laid-back music, and make the most of life outdoors

A barbecue quickly turns into a little celebration. Simple food and plenty of laughter. To keep everything relaxed and enjoyable, Thermomix® helps make your barbecue evening a real success.
The Thermomix® Sensor keeps an eye on your food while it cooks. Thanks to its precise measurement of both core and ambient temperatures, meat and fish reach exactly the desired level of doneness. The Thermomix® Sensor measures temperatures of up to 100°C) at the core of the food and up to 275°C in the surrounding environment, such as in the oven or on the grill.
In the kitchen, a little precision goes a long way. The Thermomix® Sensor is a thermometer that you can use in the oven, in a pan, or on the grill. It measures both the core temperature and the ambient temperature, so you always know what is happening inside your food and around it. Cakes rise evenly. Bread develops a perfect crust. Meat and fish reach exactly the right level of doneness. While you enjoy time with your guests, the Thermomix® Sensor takes care of the precision.
Perfect Meat and Fish:
– When cooking meat or fish, make sure the tip of the sensor is positioned as close as possible to the center of the thickest part of the food. If there are bones or fish bones present, ensure that they do not come into contact with the sensor.
– Low and slow wins the race: To achieve juicy and tender roasts, use lower temperatures whenever possible, between 120°C and 160°C (248°F–320°F) in a fan-assisted oven.
– For steaks and smaller cuts, use temperatures between 140°C and 200°C (284°F–392°F) in the oven or on the grill (top and bottom heat), select your desired level of doneness, and let the Sensor take care of the rest.
– If you are unsure about the ideal core temperature or the correct placement of the sensor, use our Guided Cooking recipes as a reference.
Because perfect results don't happen by chance. The Thermomix® Sensor precisely monitors the cooking process, ensuring that meat, fish, bread, and cakes turn out exactly the way you expect them to.
