  • 20 g light soy sauce, plus 1 tsp extra
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 80 g fresh ginger, cut in 3 cm cubes
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 550 - 600 g cooked rice (see tip)
  • 10 g chicken stock powder
  • 2 sprigs spring onions, chopped, to garnish
