- 125 g wonton wrappers cut on the diagonal to form triangles
- olive oil spray for coating
Pork mince
- 100 g mozzarella cheese cut into pieces (3 cm)

- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 cm piece fresh ginger peeled
- 1 fresh long red chilli trimmed and deseeded, if preferred

- 1 tsp sugar

- 40 g hoisin sauce
- 20 g oyster sauce
Asian salad
- ¼ red cabbage finely shredded (approx. 200 g)
- 2 spring onions/shallots trimmed and cut into thin slices
- 4 sprigs fresh coriander leaves only
- 1 avocado flesh only, cut into bite-size pieces
- ½ lime juice only
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- sea salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- 1 - 2 fresh jalapeño chillies trimmed to taste, to serve (see Tip)
