- 200 g Swiss chard, cut in pieces (2 cm)
- 200 g water
- 1 Tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- ½ chicken stock cube (for 0.5 l)
- 1 tsp fine sea salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper

- 80 g soft goat's cheese, crumbled
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 2 - 3 Tbsp sunflower seeds
