- 2 Tbsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp fine sea salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp caraway seeds
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp fresh marjoram
- 3 dried bay leaves
- 5 juniper berries (optional)
