- 2 tbsp Chinese rice wine (Shaoxing Hua Tiao)
- 120 g mee hoon (rice vermicelli)
- 1 sprig spring onion, chopped, to garnish
- 1 sprig fresh coriander, leaves only, chopped, to garnish
