  • 35 g lemon juice
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika, plus extra for sprinkling
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • ¼ - ½ tsp fine sea salt, plus extra to taste
  • ¼ bunch fresh chives, finely chopped for garnishing
