The multi-level functionality of your Thermomix® will help and inspire you to prepare food in multiple ways. With all-in-one recipes you can cook all components at once, for instance a side dish along with the meat, and if you wish a soup or a dessert too. You will have a fully cooked meal ready all at once. And no need to clean up different kitchen devices. Using the Varoma and the simmering basket makes steaming and cooking food easier than ever before. The Thermomix® bowl, the simmering basket, the Varoma dish and Varoma tray can each be used for a single recipe, or you can use them together to make a multi-component dish. Add potatoes or rice to the simmering basket, cook your vegetables in the Varoma dish, the meat or fish in the Varoma tray and make your sauce in the bowl. Not sure where to begin? Steaming is a traditional and time-honoured way to cook, and one that does not require fat. It produces tender, moist fish, chicken and vegetables, leaving them bright and full of flavour.
