It’s the end of the day and you have a decision to make. How will you spend your time? What is important to you right now?
Perhaps traditional cooking is relaxing for you. After all, some people find tasks such as cleaning or ingredient prep therapeutic. Not you, or not tonight? You might think the last thing you want to do right now is toil away at the stove cooking dinner. It’s been a long day, and you’d like to spend time with the kids. The eldest needs help with maths, and the little one wants you to read the rest of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Or perhaps you desperately need some me time on the exercise bike while catching up with the news. Maybe reading a book under a blanket is all you have the energy for.
But, you also want to eat healthily… Oh if only the day had more than 24 hours!
Relax. You can have it all.
