  • ½ tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 dried bay leaf
  • Tabasco® sauce, to taste
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 30 g plain flour
  • 200 g red peppers, sliced (1 cm)
  • 200 g green peppers, sliced (1 cm)
  • crusty bread, for serving
  • fresh oregano, for garnishing (optional)
